Great Value for a Weekend Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay, especially the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. The delicious £5 breakfast with unlimited drinks was a fantastic deal. The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a short visit. Tip, arrive early for the best selection at breakfast!

Request a fan upon check-in if your room gets too warm, as they are not always provided by default.

Parking permit convenience, charming sea view, quiet communal lounge
The shower facilities need a major upgrade!!! Basic amenities like scratchy towels and outdated bathroom lighting detract from the experience. The furniture looks like a relic from a past era—definitely room for a refresh!!!

Family with children will find it decent
We had a family room which was nice and bright. The staff were welcoming, helped us settle in, and provided useful info about local eats.
It wasn’t the cheapest place, but it worked for a family stay.

Perfect for a relaxing break
Friendly responsive staff took really good care of us, really went the extra mile to help. Excellent breakfasts, great location on the beach and easy walk to local attractions/restaurants.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Tucked away in Eastbourne, the Riviera's got some top-notch pastries that had me swooning—Sicilian delights and local gems galore! Plus, the friendly staff made our stay a breeze and the cozy sea view room was a treat—perfect for chillin' after a sun-soaked day.
The basic room didn’t quite match the £120 price tag, and the missing night porter was a bit dodgy! We had to let ourselves in after a late night, which felt a tad unsafe—still, we turned it into a laugh.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and spent time exploring the Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. It's really good value for a basic yet clean hotel, perfect for a fun getaway.
The only downside was the street noise at night which made it tough to sleep at times.

I stayed here for two nights and really loved how easy it was to stroll to the pier and enjoy the lively promenade just steps away. With the stunning sea view from my room, it made my evenings relaxing and picturesque.

Comfortable beds in clean, ample-sized rooms. Breakfast offered a solid spread with fresh options, including juices and filter coffee.
The location sits on a busy road, resulting in noticeable traffic noise at times. There was no simple cup for teeth-cleaning in the bathroom, and I found it inconvenient not to have evening meal options. The bathroom setup, while functional, could use some updating as it felt dated.
